PLANTAR FASCIITIS

With your first steps in the morning, plantar fasciitis
frequently generates stabbing agony. The discomfort
usually subsides as you rise and move around, but it
could come back if you stand for a long time or get
up after sitting.

What is Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common conditions causing heel pain.
It is due to
1. An increase in new activity level like starting a walking or running program.
2. The structure or shape of foot.
3. The type of shoes you are wearing.
4. Obesity.
5. Loss of fatty tissue.

Treatment includes:

Pad under the heel. Specially designed footwears with inbuilt arch and slisht elevation from heel part solves the problem.
